Default Greetings from Texas!

Long time rider who FINALLY indulged himself with a 2006 Honda CBR600, with just a touch over 1,000 miles and NOT a scratch on it! I have had just about every style of bike, except for this one...I've got to say the handling and power are like nothing I've had the pleasure of experiencing!
I will be checking info here on upgrades and mods! The first thing I need to do is improve the mirrors! I hate seeing my elbows and not what is behind me unless I gyrate left or right (But, if that is the worst thing that I can find, then I must be doing pretty well, eh?).

Very nice, man! I keep looking at the F4is, too. What a great bike.
And you couldn't get any closer to having a brand new one....

Welcome to the CBRF, Dan!

HOLY COW! Did you find that thing preserved in a volcanic dig or something? I'm willing to bet you have the lowest miles on any F4i in existence . . .that's incredible!

They're out there. Saw a couple 06 F4i's during my search with 1k miles. Even came across one with 200 miles on it. But the guy was trying to sell it for brand new price almost, $8k. I settled for one with 2579 miles on her. Just waiting for the title.

But the question is: Dan, is yours an F4i or a 600rr? Both were made in that 2006

That was the first thing I said when I rode it! Did you do anything to it yet? If so, how's it working out?

Yes, it is an F4i and the blue is just perfect! (The price was perfect, too!)

Thanks for laying out the welcome mat, gents! Very hospitable!

I haven't done anything to it, yet. I will wait until after state testing is over at school...so, probably won't do anything until May. I hear that there are mirror extensions for sale on Ebay to improve seeing behind
