Greetings from the midwest.
Hello to all. Located in NE Indiana. Just picked up an 88 CBR1000F that needs a little help. Seems to be the starter damper issue. Thanks for all the useful info here. Former bikes are 85 VF1000R and 84 VF1000F, currently riding VF1100C V65 Magna. Paramedic and nurse by occupation.

Congrats on getting your 1000F. We have a very active 1000F section here, as you may have discovered already. There's prob not any issue w/ your bike that you can't get help w/ here. Ask any questions you may have.
As a Paramedic/Nurse, you know to always wear your gear out there. Be safe!

Welcome.
We have many members that are from your neck of the woods. I cant remember who is from "Indiana" that rides a "hurricane".... Lol (indiana hurricane) as well as a few others. Check out the regional section and the hurricane section. You'll get a kick out of the saloon over there. Watch out for them Aussies....
