Hi all and greetings from Australia!

My name is Jacqui and I ride a red & black Honda CBR600f4i. I've been riding for about 7 years now and thought that i'd join your group, firstly to learn more about bikes and the current technologythat's out, and also because I am travelling to the States in May.

I'm travelling with afriend from Los Angelis through to Las Vegas> San Fran and then on to Hawaii. I thought that it would be a good opportunity tofind out where thebest bike shops arein these places and find out what is on at the time that we will be there, as I really wont know my way around.

I'm leaving all my bike gear back home but thought that I would probably hire a bike inHawaii, as i imagine the traffic everywhere else would be a nightmare? Would be great to hearback any advise.

p.s I'm interested in picking up a heated vest while I am over there, can anyone recommend a good place for me to try on the west coast (California/ Nevada)? Ta Jac
