What....6 feet tall & only 125 LB. You need to put more weight on or that 250 is going to be to fast! LOL

I didn't mean to make it sound like the 250 was a bad option, I had a ton of fun on mine. Plus you will have a great power>weight ratio

I started on a 250. I had it for a summer, put nearly 10,000 miles on it before I needed to go faster. The transition was very easy, although I needed my 600 lowered cause I'm short.

Firstly welcome to the CBR Forum,

Demon's advice is very sound. The 250's teach you to ride properly, to keep corner speeds up and safely move your body around on the seat to balance the bike.
