Default Freshie Wantin A cycle

A guy i know told me about this forum, and i checked it out since i have always had a passion for cycles. More on point the honda cbr cycles have burned my nerve ever since i set my eyes on one dancin around a corner. ive had a couple bikes that were learners, and one fixer cus i am saving fer the cbr that again will burn my nerve. My name is anthony, in GRand rapids, Michigan, im 18 , 6'4" 168 lbs. for my size some guys have told me to go for cbrs in the 900's but im hestitant since the biggest bike i had before was a 82' cm450. But maybe its a good idea since every time i went on the highway that 450 almost buzzed my frikin ***** off. so i guess im lookin for a place in the sport cycle underground or just to be introduced to it.

Even though you've ridden before, a 600 F4i or RR might be better for a beginner on a sportbike. They are both fast and will be real close for size as a 900 for seat height, length etc. Good Luck

welcome- if you can find a used 600 for a good price, might as well start out on it, then work your way up. better to feel comfortable with a bike than not.

Welcome, my advice, simple, buy the bike you like, can afford and you feel most comfortable on. No such thing as a starter CBR, all are very fast. Respect your bike, take an MSC, and take it slow. Let us know what you get.
