Hi everyone! Im new to the forum. I own several bikes and I am looking to add a CB1000F (1990-1994) to the garage. I always wanted one so Im beginning the process of researching, asking questions, and then finding one. All of the bikes that I currently own were for the most part complete wrecks that I have restored from the frame up. My restorations are primarily OEM so sourcing parts can be tricky. I recently finished a CB900F.

Any suggestions on specific years, problems, issues, or whatever....

I was exactly the same as you - lusted after a CBR1000F for many years, then had one fall into my lap cheaply with minor engine problems. First thing I found was this forum.

Great bunch of guys, huge experience and knowledge but you'll never escape!
