Howdy all,
I'm Dylan. I reside in MN and have been a frequent searcher of these forums... I recently signed up so I could maybe post, and help out others with the little bit of knowledge I have gained from working on my bike...
My bike:
1989 Honda cbr 600f
A little background. I picked it up from someone who knew someone who knew a guy that had it somewhere, so I really didn't have much background on her. It had been sitting for 5 years in the current place I grabbed it and who knows how long before that. From there I needed to see if she would run, so I tested spark, fuel, and compression. After many nights of pushing her to start (starter was bad). I finally got her started by towing her behind a car and that ripped the 5+ years of crap through her, she didn't run well, but she did run. So I knew I could start dumping money into her... After a 2 year halt on the project, and some life changes I got back into it and here is where she stands today!
Mostly stock parts, not a stock look. If anyone has any questions, feel free I love talking bikes.
Thank you all!
