welcome to the forum, What is wrong with the bike looks like it was laid down at a slow speed? doesn't seem to be much damage

No, it's not too bad. Laid down on Left side & 12 O'clocked - separately obviously.
Needs:
Stator Cover
Fairings
Tail Light
Mirrors

Passenger Seat Cover I'm just awaiting Parts at this point. For that point I'm only awaiting Fairings :-(
