RE: First bike
Hello and welcome. Congrats on the bike, It cosmetically looks like it's in good shape. As for learning how to ride, I suggest you take an MSF course. Hope you stick around and get all the info you need from the site.

Congrats on the bike, she looks sweet. +1 on the MSF. She may be an older bike but a 600 still deserves lots of respect. Take it easy until you get comfortable. |
RE: First bike
Well i've only ridden once since i got it about 2 weeks ago since there is nothing but ice on the ground now but i'm take a 3day class mid feb for basic rider safety and there's 2 guys at work that have been racing street bikes and doing motocross for quite a few years. Riding on it for the little i did i felt like i was 15 again learning to drive but the feeling was awesome and i don't plan on doing anything to stupid for atleast awhile.

WOW! that bike looks mint. I love the colour. +1 on all the advice about taking an MSF. It will will teach you to take things in to consideration that you otherwise wouldn't in a cage.
That will keep both you and the bike in good shape. |
