hey there and welcome to the forums .. you need to be a little more specific, are you saying she cuts out and stops dead as soon as you hit 4K or that she just stumbles and stalls from these revs onwards, if so I am guessing your carbs are blocked but if you could be really specific with exactly what is happening it would be a great help AND the history of the bike, mileage, has she been standing etc??
