not that I had ever seen, motorcycles that are stolen are usually stolen for the parts. The only parts that have any ID on them is the main frame/engine..the bodyparts are mostly what people are after when the bike is stolen. There are to many parts to tag and it is not cost effective

 

Gimme a break -- I work for an auto manufacturer and it's easy to identify parts. Even easier leaving the buyer hanging.
