hey guys would you rather own a 1993 cbr 1000f with 29,000 miles in clean condition or a 2002 cbr 954 with 11,000 miles in clean condition or a 2002 cbr 1100 firebird in ok condition? I'm about to buy and I'm torn

Loaded question.

Those are all different bikes.
The 1000f is an old work horse, and a "cruiser." Unfortunately, some replacement parts have become hard to find.
The 1100 is a newer version of a great bike.
The 954rr is an aggressive race type bike.

I would choose the 954rr. But that's just me, my riding style, and my road needs. Fuel injection is really nice....

Who are you, what do you like, and what do you need it to do?

I'd probably go for all 3, but I would also probably be divorced afterwards.
If it were me, Id buy the Blackbird.
But at the end of the day it's whatever suits your taste. All 3 are beautiful bikes.

they are all good bikes, depends on how you ride and what you use it for, but they will all commute and scratch around, but the 954 is the better for hard riding if that's your thing

I answered this in the other thread about collecting. How seriously are you considering either? Do you have the funds RIGHT NOW to buy plus about 30% to fix the immediate stuff that you don't know about?

This is simple - get the one you want. Go look at all three.
