Default Cbr900rr carb swap question

Hello all, I'm new to the forum and have a question. I happen to have a perfect set of 40mm cvk carbs that came off a zx11d ninja. I know the 900rr runs 38mm CV carbs and I'm wondering if it is possible to swap these into my 900rr? Has anyone swapped carbs like this? Are there pros and cons? I know in the 4 wheel world bigger carbs = bigger hp= increase in mph. Would this be the case in the 2 wheeled world? Thanks

Welcome to the forum!
Usually, installing bigger carbs is done after other engine work where bigger carbs are needed.
If you have little engine work done, re-jetting would work fine.
Installing bigger carbs on an unmodified engine could cause a poor mixture and poor trackability.
