Exclamation Cbr 600 re 2009 no spark!! Help

My buddy has a cbr rr 600 2009. He crossed terminals when trying to charge his battery and now no spark or fuel injection. He's tested a lot of things and still no fire up. Checked ecu and replaced. Checked rectifier and stater. Everything turns on with lights relays and fuel pump amd dash. All fuses are checked and good to go. Diode was checked balance sensor kick stand sensor also the ignition switch was checked and replaced the ignition entirely. Please help!

Can use the Multimeter or get one of these.

The wires to test are Black and White/Black in the kill switch

Any fault codes showing, if not crank the engine for more than 10 seconds and then read the faults, are injectors running that is getting fuel, are you getting spark

Weve definitely cranked it good to try getting her going. No fault codes showing up. There is no spark or fuel coming out of the injectors.
