I don't wanna go too crazy. I went crazy with my car and it cost WAAAAY too much. Cosmetically, I am a huge fan of carbon fiber (not the fake stick on stuff). I think probably a carbon fiber front fender, rear mud guard, and chain guard. Going with a Zero Gravity double bubble windscreen pretty soon as mine is yellowing and has age cracks in it. Mechanically, I am putting in an APE manual CCT and will likely put in a -1/+2 sprocket set with a new chain. I want to put on a carbon fiber muffler too but am torn between the iconic Yoshimura or anyone of the other slip-ons. I would love to put a 600RR under-tail exhaust on it but I think it would cost more than the gratification I would get from it.

Welcome aboard the CBRF
Bolt on extras cost a ton of cash if you go crazy with them ...but I spose you already know that ...
As with worked cars , most of the time if you sell a bike like your 2001 CBR600 F4i
( that is very low cost to buy in the first place ) ..with heaps of neat stuff on her , you wont get the cash back ....so keep all the stock bits to fit back to her in case you ever decide to upgrade the bike ....that way you can at least recover some of the cash from the kool bits on ebay ....
