Default ‘95 Urban Tiger CBR900RR

Morning all,

just got myself a great condition, low mileage bike and she’s a beaut! Needs a little TLC as she’s been stood a while and barely ridden (12 years or so) so I think the carbs need a good clean out and tune up.
It’s hard to start in the cold (0’c) and engine buzzes a lot when winding on at low RPM (carb balance after tuneup should fix I hope).

First Honda, open to any advice - please send it my way! Also got an R6 as my track bike (first gen on carbs).

thanks for having me!

What a fantastic machine, in its iconic 'Urban Tiger' paint scheme. This paint scheme actually appeared again in 2014 for a short while.

Thanks all! She needs a bit of TLC on the fuelling side to get her running sweet for summer but that’s a work in progress. I want to make her immaculate and keep fully original - a nice classic summer bike!
