900rr newbie

i've been browsing the forum for the passed week or two, and have made a few posts but never introduced myself. i had a suz katana 750 last year and sold it in need of quick cash. i recently purchased a 95 900rr as of last week. my katana needed work after a few miles, so i've developed the DIY'er attitude. i blew 2nd gear, so i swapped the motor and it rode great ever since. i don't look forward to problems with the RR, but i do look forward to taking her apart and tickerin' 'round. oh yea, i'm from SC, so locals let me know if you have any rides planned...
