2005 CBR 600rr no fuel to fuel rail
Okay so I have a 2005 CBR 600rr that I laid down 2 months ago and now it won't start the fuel pump primes but no start I check relays all are clicking just fine brand new tip sensor or back angle sensor whatever you call it so that seems to be fine I pulled the hose off that runs from my fuel pump to the top of fuel rail I turned the key hit the kill switch and just a small amount of gas trickeld out hardly any at all is this my fuel pump?? When I replaced the fuel pump I used a cheap 20$ one off Amazon could this be my problem why no gas is coming from the hose to fuel rail thank you

Also, just because a relay clicks when you give it power doesn't mean the circuit inside is closing properly. You need to test continuity with an ohm meter, or put a test light on the output side of the relay to see if power is transferring through.
That said, I'd be wary of a $20 part when OEM is several hundred.

With a test light you can do it on the bike. With the key on, touch the test light to the wire that goes from the relay to the fuel pump. If the light comes on the relay is working. However, the fuel pump relay times out after a couple seconds if you don't start the engine, so you may need to key off and back on and see if the test light comes on for a second.

Relays are probably good since you said that the pump runs.
The hose you pulled to check it was the pressure hose, right?
Did you pull the pump out yet? There are some little rubber hoses between the pump, filter, and pipe. If the come loose or blow apart, you get all your pressure blowing into the tank. Ask me how I know........

Update on 2005 CBR 600rr I found my problem fellas it was the 20$ dollar fuel pump I bought It primed and worked but did not have the psi to push gas to fuel rail I spent 150$ on OEM fuel pump already attached to sending unit so I didn't have to mess with anything just plugged in it and the bike started right up thank you guys for all you help I really appreciate it NOW let's RIDE
