2004 CBR 600 RR

I'm hopefully buying a 2004 CBR600RR tommorrow used from a private seller and was wondering if anyone could offer some advice on what to look out for when inspecting the bike. Any problems or indicators that should make me want to run away?

Scratches, after market parts, spray paint, vin numbers match up, inspection sticker, etc.
