Default 2003 PC37 Euro wiring diagram

Hello gentlemen, I’m new here, very happy and proud to be a member.
i’m facing a problem in my Euro 2003 cbr 600 rr since a few months now, the problem is the fuel pump doesn’t prime, after all the investigations, just to make long story short, I ended by replacing the écu and the problem still here.
please I’m searching for the Euro wiring diagram to see with the HISS
thanks a lot in advance

You appear to be correct, I can find several different wiring diagrams for the 2003 CBR600RR but none of them show the HISS circuit. I have also found a copy of the Service Manuel but it goes from chapter 20 to page 21.3 (A, AC wiring diagram) to chapter 22 with no European data.

I do not think you will find anything 'official' with the HISS system detailed in it as it is of course the anti theft mechanism on euro bikes.
The transponder in the key talks to the ignition barrel which them communicates with the ecu.
If you put a different ECU on then it will not recognise the transponder in the key unless it gets coded.
There are companies that will code key to ecu but of course not sure if that is your problem.
A chat with one of these guys might help:

hi Ed,sorry for this delay, yes sir no « official » HISS wiring at all, I bought an US écu yesterday and I tried to connect the “pink wire” at pin 29 grey plug and nothing happened 🥲…I think after 2 and a half year of trying, all I can do now is crying …at my age 😩😂

Not a surprise as the ignition barrel will not be able to communicate with a US ECU

In fact I would think that the ignition barrel would only communicate with its original ecu and vice versa.

Thé US version doesn’t need a chip or other thing as reprog…thé écu has to be feeded in pin 29 grey plug with 9v (via à diode or voltage regulator 7809)
