Not sure about shroud I can send pic looks like 5 blades with big circle around them all the faves I seen online were same didn’t see different version. Maybe to much hear from exhaust right by fan

Is fan in front or behind radiator?

 

It’s sitting in between radiator and engine only one way to
bolt to it to appears

 

it's blowing backwards, no wonder it's not cooling. When bike's moving, air-flow is though radiator towards back of bike. When fan turns on, it blows air forwards against air-flow and nothing moves through radiator! Have to figure out why fan's blowing in wrong direction and fix it....

check this out tommotow I may just be little off on what I may have thought is the problem but yes I’ll double check. So let’s say fan is blowing the right way and I miss called that one. What next ?

double check fan to rule that out but what’s next area to look at

 

Not the first time I have heard about the fan being wired the wrong way

 

water pump impeller parts stuck in your engine obstructing flow - assuming of course that a) the system is purged of air b) has enough water in it c) your replacement waterpump is working properly.

plan but just checking before tear bike apart again wanted to double check. I know mentioned back flushing any ideas where to start flush And water pump is brand new from
honda seems to spin and blades are good not to sure what would fail on it I guess the shaft. I’ll double check it but seems to be no issues. And yes burped the system let it get hot cap
open throttled it multiple times seen flow but didn’t really have to add much. Used distilled water and wetter
