Spark & Air Filter

Spark & Air Filter
Hi All,
I own a 2013 Model CBR600F
1-) I would like to change the spark of my CBR600F - 2013.
According to the manuel I should use CR9EH-9 (NGK).
I would like to know if I can use an iridium spark?
What would be the benefits to use an iridium spark?
2-) Do you recomment a K&N or BMC airfilter to my stock bike?
If yes which one? What will be the benefits?
Thanks!!!

The Indium plug would be a CR9EHIX-9. The benefits are long life, and supposed less occluding of the flame travel with the smaller electrodes. No reason you can't use one if that's what you want.
The K&N and BMC are certainly less restrictive, but don't keep small dirt particles out of the engine nearly as well as the stock paper filter. If you're going racing, the reusable aftermarket filters are certainly the way to go, but for a street bike, I recommend sticking with an OEM filter. I'll take engine longevity over a 2% power gain (if that much) any damn day.

My bike is a 2013 Model CBR600f which is currently on 26000 KM
As a rider, I would like to give my bike the best according to my budget. Those 2 parts have not a big cost so money do not matter. As additional, I would also like to change the chain, DID…
I am not a fast rider. I strictly conform to all the speed limits and also do not go to circuit for racing.
But when I go to the highway for riding with my buddies I would like to take all the horse power which is in the bike.
Would you change your suggestion according to my above said?
Thankx
