Default Sunday Service

Rode down to the bikers bar for Sunday Worship and saw a few interesting bikes.
The TT is a beaut. Apt timing.

Got pulled by the local motorbike cops on the way - I think it might have been for undertaking the second one whilst he was reading his text messages on his mobile phone in the 'fast lane' on a duel carriageway.....
The first cop was in the 'slow lane' when I passed him.
I say I think because he stopped me and said something in the local tongue - I said 'really?' when he paused, and 'thankyou' at the end when he said 'have a nice day'.
I was wearing my helmet too.... t'was all mumbo jumbo.
Ticket in the post probably....

That brings back memories, I had a VT250 when I was 16 mine was black though, about 25 years ago, smoothest bike I can ever remember(I might not have noticed or appreciated smoothness back then as the following bike was a RZ500),

I'm thinking De Soto, but it's probably some obscure European brand that none of us colonial hicks have ever heard of.

The hood ornament looks like it belongs to a Nash

I still dream of giving an old CB the ton-up treatment
