Welcome, Matt! Congrats on the new 1000F. I'll be looking forward to the pics.
You know, it's funny because you'll think the "newness" will wear off after you get her, but it doesn't. I swear I'm more fond of my old girl now then when I got her...

You are clearly a man of superior taste and judgment. Welcome. If it's the same color scheme as mine, there are at least 3 of us around here that are reasonably active on the forum. I love mine. Trout's right, Every time I get out of the truck and walk by it, I'm excited to have it and mad that I'm not on it.

And Sprock, what are you doing with a wandering eye in the middle of your big ROTM campaign? Yet another political gaff.

Welcome to your new home. As said by the guy above me, you picked a very ripe year (93) to purchase.

Post Thanks for the warm welcome

Thanks. My color scheme is just like Az1kF's photo. I will post pics as soon as I can. I think I'll fit right in since I love pics as well.

Anyone up for a laugh? Last winter I restored a 1972 Honda CB350K4 (twin). Augh this bike is a wee bit bigger. Check out the link

Nice work on the old twin !

Shame you couldn't find a silver (ocean colors) 1000F every one knows they are the fastest and prettiest....
even Trout and Steve-o think so..........hehe

You might think your silver ocean color is the prettiest , but the black/gray/red of the 93's are the coolest & baddest looking F's ever & a little faster than silver.

You old guys are losing it. EVERYONE knows that black/silver/yellow is the hot 1000F.

And Matt, you did an awesome job on that 350. Truly, she is beautiful. A great restoration.

Yes, I just killed a ton of time going through that entire thread. I can't believe how much effort you put into every little piece. Great job.

I had a 350 when I was a kid, and it was a great bike. There's a picture of what it looked like in my family album. I loved that red and black treatment. Makes me want to do it.
