Almost felt bad yesterday deciding to join the ranks and selling the cbr at the same day...

...but since I can't ride a Hurricane (tried, the position is all wrong for me) I don't think a VF1k f2 is a bad option. At least it's a Honda and as old as me!

VF1000F2 ! Always thought they were an outstanding bike . Rare as rocking horse poo down here ( good ones anyway ) .

 

Not common here either, and very unknown bike, that`s why they are so cheap compared to say CX:s and like CB:s.

Can`t seem to find many pics at all of cafe`d VF:s, bet the massive dash is gonna be a bit of a headscratcher as I have to make a some kind of a warning light panel somewhere etc...

Somehow I`m having a very clear vision in my head of a lowered, streamlined and steampunked bike... copper piping covering any wires, all gauges at the sides of the tank etc... If I can do it even half the way I figure it`s gonna look... it will turn heads and not the bad way.
