This made me smile
A few days ago my buddy bought his first bike a 2008 suzuki gsx650f with 600 miles... he called me up and asked if i wanted to ride... duh i said lol so we set off after riding for about 20 minutes he asked if he wanted to go to the bike shop he got his bike at because he had to sign his title. so off we ride and he didnt want to lead so obviously i did. we eventually get to the bike shop and we just pulled in i didnt even have my bike or helmet off and the sales rep comes FLYING out to door!! And was like OH MY GOD!!! You rarley ever see these old cbr 1000s this clean and i lit up!! he walked around my bike like 4 times in awe. he was like i gotta ask.. what did u pay for it?? i smiled even bigger than what i already was and was like $2500!! he shook his head and was like you STOLE this thing!!!! still smiling as big as ever lol i was like yeah i know!! It was nice to have someone complement my 17 year old beauty!! and it being a guy that sells motorcycles. moral of it all is i love my hurricane and i highly doubt ill ever get rid of it. keep riding these lovely old ladys. and keep it dont sell it.

Nice when people enjoy a good bike. If more of them had ever ridden these bikes, their secondhand price would be twice what it is.
It's a well kept secret, but few people ever listen enough to try them. Lucky us !
My bike is so much a part of my life I can't see myself ever wanting to sell old "Big Bird"
A bit like a goose really, heavy, travels long distances at good speed, and doesn't have to stop often..............
