Default First heatwaves, then bushfires and now this.....

The Smurfs have been naughty!

Smurfs sought for questioning over assault

A 37-year-old man was allegedly confronted by men in blue at the store in Pascoe Vale last month.
Police say one of the Smurfs demanded the man light a cigarette for him, but he was attacked when he refused.

and then............

Smurfs arrested over Melbourne assault

What is the world coming to??

Living up to their names perhaps?

Or too much of this?

Cheers, SB

I want someone to define "assault" for me. I watched the 2min video and it was about 1min 50secs too long.
Did they beat the guy with a baseball bat or push him once and call him an a-hole.

I believe the smurfs are innocent.

I think it was "Drunk Outside I'd Like A Smoke" Smurf that initiated the trouble, Ugly, Stupid and Fat smurf inside the store prolly went to his "aid" which caused all the kerfuffle!!

Ok, now you're gonna have to define "kerfluffle". lol...

So did they beat the guy's *** in the parking lot?

I just don't want to see any smurfs wrongfully accused.

In two parts:

1.

ker·fuf·fle
/kərˈfəfəl/

Noun
A commotion or fuss.
Synonyms
fuss

2. Yes

And I think they did the honorable Smurf thing and handed their blue bodies into the Police

Cheers, SB

PS: Todays post was brought to you by the letters K F and L and the colour BLUE

Time for a ruling, Gentlemen.

It is the finding of this honourable Court that

The Smurfs were provoked and furthermore that the Member of the public /complainant had been imbibing of copious quantities of Smurfnoff, for which the Smurfs cannot be held accountable. They produce it, they don't control its consumption.
It is furthermore appararent that the Smurfs had not been paid for the abovementioned Smurfnoff, and were attempting to obtain redress from the complainant, which gave the appearance of a Kerfuffle.
The Smurfs are therefore found not guilty, and have been advised by this Court to seek redress for the amounts claimed to be owed to them by the complainant in the Civil Court.

Case closed.
Court's adjourned.
Now Papa Smurf, how about another tumbler of that Smurfnoff if you please............and one for the Counsel for the Defence Advocate Kilgoretrout.
