Talking Bug Season

I would like to declare the 'Bug Season' is officially open here, for all UK members!

Wooo Hooooo!!!

Great ride today, real 'Goldilocks' weather (not too hot not too cold), dry roads and even the traffic wasn't too bad. Felt good to be scraping the bugs off the visor again, time to get rid of those chicken strips guys!!

Yeah got a few of the big fat juicy yellow/green snot type bug splatters on my visor last
Tuesday when I took the day off to **** about up in the NH White Mtns : kinda sucked
as I forgot to bring a rag and cleaner - so some unmelted snow from shady spots did the
trick tho'

I always carry those wet wipes you get from the eyeglass place. They are small and fit in any pocket. Great for the 6 billion gnats I collect riding down here. You need a little more moisture if you let the big fatty bugs dry on though...

I use these for cleaning my visor, gun scopes anyting optical, Zeiss is a well respected name in optics and they were less than Au$25 for 200 wipes delivered to my door.
