i have a 01 929 and i just cut my slincer its a yana shiki and i took the baffle out next to the o2 sensor runs awesome notice more top end . considering the bike has the htev that creates back pressure and the ecu has addaptive fuel strategies to an extent and i know for a fact its not going to burn a valve . if it was cut off at the very bottom of the header with no htev yes i can see it leaning out . but just adding a bolt on thats been cut is not going to hurt the bike . im going to get a power comander at some point when i do the cams

Default d&d cut down to 9.5 inches

i had the day off and decided to shorten my d&d. it wa simple reallly and i was able to keep all the stock packing in it and it looked really good not burnt out. Question tho...I installed a power commander today and was wondering what fuel map to use with this exhaust shortened?
