I have a dremmel :-) Isn't there a tool that can just cut those bolts?

Cut-off wheels~good for cutting bolts (or anything for that matter)
Fits on to the Dremel.

Ok, I'm taking advantage of the higher temp weather this week and going on a 700 mile roadtrip with the bike over a three day period. I'll let you all know how the bracket held up as far as movement is concerned.

Edited to add: The tag didn't move... :-)
