88 Hurricane Won't turn over when hot

Anybody had this problem

If shut off when hot after riding won't turn over till cooled down

Shop said it may be starter

That or the fuse in the block on the starter solenoid.If it corrodes it heats up after it's been running a while. Mine's done that a couple of times.
