2007 Honda CBR1000RR Repsol won't start
i have a 2007 Honda CBR1000RR Repsol, just bought the bike from a friend, he had an accident with it. the bike its self is ok, but the headlight assembly is destroyed, and the harness that plugs into it is just hanging there. without it being able to be pluged in, will that cause it not to be able to start. it cranks, but will not turn over.

Yes, the bank angle sensor is on the back of headlight. If its unplugged or damaged, it won't allow the bike to start.
Also, just a heads up, for future questions, place them in the General Tech section. This section is dedicated to "How To" articles, such as showing people how to do something. Its not the correct section for asking questions. You'll get better answers in the General Tech section. |
Definitely the bank angle sensor... I swapped out my fairings and flipped the sensor upside down and it did the same thing. Easy fix my friend...
