Just got back to my bike and noticed the attached picture

I am a complete novice when it comes to motorbikes

But is guessing someone's had my radiator

 

Hi there Newbie321 welcome to the forum,
Please pop over to the new members area and introduce yourself, riding experience, bikes etc.
Assuming that it is an F4 of some sort then all I can see is the drain hoses, one admittedly seems very long and of course they are not in their correct place inside the slot you can see under the gear change, but not really sure of the question.
