Default What are these for

I looked around the site to see if I can find this anwser. I don't know what to call them and I have really no idea what they're for. I pointed them out in the picture.
I could only guess there for a bungee cord to hold yer sh*t down, but they seem a little far forward for that. The other thing I thought they might be for is to hold the gas tank back and up with a rope or some sh*t when working on the engine. WTF

They are for securing a load to your seat with bungy cords I think..............

this. there were also 2 plastic tabs on the factory undertail that are for the other 2 corners of a bungee net -- but you cut those off when you put on a fe.

They are for hanging your helmets (owners manual p. 12).
