Wet Plug help
 

I have a 94 F2 that has been running a little rough lately, nothing to bad though, seems to be better at higher rpms So I decided to pull the spark plugs to see if maybe they were bad, only a couple of months old, and the number three plug was wet. I know that is not a good sign but what does that really mean? is it a bad gasket or something along those lines?

What did the other plugs look like? Nice tan colour usually means their working ok
Wet plugs usually means that its not burning off the fuel, if you mean an oily looking plug, then maybe worn rings. One plug though? could be carbs/Spark plug lead/coil.

Do a spark test to make sure the plug working. If it's not take out the other plug that shares the coil and see if that working OK. If it is then you've probably got a duff plug. If changing it doesn't help then you may have a bad HT lead.
Keep working back logically down the line and you'll find the culpret sure enough.
If the plug is sparking OK and is still wet then you may have a flooded carb or that pot is running very rich for some reason.
Is there any visible smoke from the exhaust when she's warmed up and ticking over?
