VTR storm rear wheel?

my 954 blade has the exact same rear brake, however the rear sprocket looks like one of a 500cc bike.
So tiny and only four bolts?
Also the the rearsprocket is not set in dampeningrubbers. Which is odd for a VTR.
The toothpick swingarm is definitely not safe to put under a VTR1000.
However what is the exact question?
