Question Vortex Clip on Handlebars Help

Ok, so i just got in my new vortex handlebars but i am running into a problem. Well 2 problems.
The first is that i can't seem to mount the brake lever and resiviour with out it hitting the clip on portion.

The other is that the throttle cables don't seems to be long enough to go around the brake resivor and when you turn to the left it pulls the cables.

I have an 02 f4i.

Now I see the problem you are having. I was not sure what it was when you first sent me an email.
What you need to do is loosen the cables. You will see a 10mm nut on the top cable. Loosen that and then turn the long adjuster so it moves closer to the instrument cluster. Then do the same thing to the bottom cable.
This will allow more slack to install the throttle tube. You can then adjust the tension so it better suites you. The top cable adjust the tension or throttle play on the throttle. If you make this too tight it did increase the idle by about 200 RPM. So, make sure the bike is warmed up and then adjust.

Don't forget like I had mentioned to you that you will need to drill a couple holes for the guides on both controls to properly mount on the new clip ons. When you remove the Run/Stop Switch assembly and the Turn Signal Assembly you will notice that they both have round mounting tabs that hold these in place so they don't move around when riding. If you look at the stock handlebars, they have holes in them.
this whole process took me about 30 min. to install and adjust. Most of the time took adjusting the handlebar position and lever angle for more comfort. As you can see in the pictures....or maybe not, I have the brake and clutch lever at more of a down angle for less weight on the palm of my hands while riding and using the levers. By adjusting the levers at a lower position it makes a big difference.
