Tire question
New tires just done 2500 miles ago on my 04 cbr1000RR (pilot powers) my question is why do they end up choppy? I have the correct pressure etc. Don't do wheelies and still they end up being choppy on the front.
Make sure your fork settings are the same and that the oil levels are the same maybe. Were the forks ever twisted/moved? Its easy to get the tripple clamps out of align, but you should be able to feel that.

Many reasons why tires will do that ..including the above replies..
I find that road surfaces have quite a bit to do with that as well..
I can go for thousands of Klms with clean rubber......then one day I will head out for a day trip and come back with the tires looking like I have been torturing them... all caused by road surfaces that I have been on apparently..
A combo of twisties and rough surface will accelerate this I find too...
Or riding with my misses around on the back on roads that require lots of front heavy braking..[:-]
With me...it has to be these things because I tend to ride pretty much the same everywhere normally....

you need your suspension tuned, choppy is normaly a rebound issue
