Default tire cord showing

is it extremely dangerous to ride? i rode to work today and i have meetings offsite all day today. one of them is about a 30 minute ride away and i'll need to be on the interstate for 15 minutes or so. should i be asking around for a lift?

it's the rear tire. i didn't even notice it. there is a section maybe half an inch wide and about 3 inches long dead center on the tire. one of the guys i work with came in from smoking and told me about it. i guess i'll have to look for a ride. that pisses me off too because it is unseasonably warm right now. i just got back from lunch and it is like 75 outside and sunny. perfect riding weather.

I just let mine get to the wear bars then change my tires out. I like to do rolling burn outs every once in a while so I guess you could say I like to buy tires, lol.
