Yea I'll say, 20km/L is 47 mpg. That's nothing to sneeze at.

Registered just for this since Im deep diving for another problem on my cb600f (2006). The TPS actually controls a fuel cut off valve (solenoid). Contrary to the name, it just cuts off air to the carbs on certain conditions. Its located under the fuel tank on the right side. Connected to the main electrical (you can plug it off to test out if it's causing you problems). Might also connect to the coils, but I don't think so after looking at the electrical diagram. You should definetely find the service manual for your bike, lmk if you need it, I think both models use the same (mine has pre 04 and after 04 sections for most things).
Also the main jets have tiny numbers on them, should be #108 on the outside #110 on the inside carbs.
