Are these handlebars lowered?

The handlebars on my f4i were lowered and I'm wondering if these are too. Here is a pic.

The f4i never hurt my back riding but this one does for some reason.

Your fork tube appears to be higher above the triple than the factory 33mm setting by a few mm.

IF this is indeed true, the handlebars are still where they are supposed to be on the triple but the fork tube is extending further up/out of the triple. This isn't a problem as long as both fork tubes measure the same distance & you have good travel/performance.

The factory triple has a stop built in at the top pinch bolt that the clip-ons rest against. While you technically can raise up your clip-ons & still engage that stop, its not recommended. You want the clip-ons to rest against the top of the triple & fully engage that stop at the top pinch bolt.

If that minor mm distance is troublesome, you can easily put your bike on a front stand that lifts by the lower triple...remove the front calipers, wheel, fender, loosen clip-on bolts, loosen both lower & upper pinch bolts & lower the tube(s) to the 33mm recommended setting. That will raise the level of the clip-ons by that mm distance that the fork tubes should be set.
