Tempature ?
 

Mt fan doesnt kick on till about 3/4 of the way on the needle. I used a heat gun and pointed it at the radiator and at that point is was 215. Is it me or does that seem a lil hot, if so should I run my fan to a switch? Any help is appreciated. Bike is a 900RR

Im not sure what your bike should be, but my 1000rr doesnt come on until 218. Fuel injected engines are generally tuned to run hotter than carbed engines, but I still think your probably within your range even with a carbed bike.

Your certainly not in any danger. If the engine continues to get hotter even with the fan on, then you have an issue. But if it cools back down and or doesnt get any hotter, your bikes cooling system is working like it should.

^^ ok I just wanted to make sure cause I kinda figured the needle shouldnt go past half way. The fan does kick on and off thought. If that seemed to hot I was just gonna run the fan 2 a switch
