Ok so I was swapping a 1995 f3 engine into my 1991 f2 and have completed it. The block is in, the exhaust is back on, oil is in the motor, carb is on, all the wiring harness are hooked back up. For some reason though I still can't start the bike, the neutral killswitch doesn't register with the new motor so my neutral light does not turn on and I can't turn the bike over. The relay to the starter is fine, I swaped it out just to make sure and all the fuses are ok. The engine is in neutral but the bike does not register it. Any suggestion?

Im not too good with electrical systems, I generaly rebuild vehichles that are strictly gasoline, steel, and muscle. How do you think the bypass would be done?
