there is a custom shop around where i live, i took my F4i to them, they changed the fluids and tunned it for my weight with a tail bag full of junk (aprox 15lbs) and now its perfect.
only cost me $150 for parts and labor so well worth the money.

find a guy around your area that does custom work and they will be happy to do it for you.

what ever you do, dont goto the dealer unless you know they are good guys. most of them will just set it to factory settings and you are out the door.
