suspension help plz.
 

Im 6'7 and 270 lbs. I ride a CBR 954 and trying to figure out what my suspension should be set at. I do mostly commuting with some twisties on the weekends. I and surrently 2 turns harder than manufacture setting. I have felt the front bottom out a couple time ( over a bump that shouldn't have bottomed it out) do I go harder or softer? and how much? Any suggestions.
