Default stumped please help

Hey guys,
I'm new to these forums,,,, just got my first honda,,, 09' CBR600rr and i'm installing a fender eliminator kit, i already did the front turn signals, too easy! Ok so my problem is,

with the rear fender eliminator kit i've got it installed and the turn signals work, I can get the brake light on and the white running light going fine, problem is i cant get the brake light to brighten when i hit the brakes. the old harness for the original light has 3 wires, Black (ground), black and white and black and yellow. Now for the new brake light i've got 2 wires, black and red, black obviously being a ground, and the white running light is the same, 2 wires back and red, black being the ground. so i take all 3 grounds and wire them together and if i take the 2 red wires (from the new brake light and white running light) and twist them with the black and white i get the brake light to come on and white running light, problem is like i said earlier i cant get the brake light to flash brighter when i hit the brake and i have this extra wire, the black and yellow.

Can somebody please tell me what i'm doing wrong PLEASE!!!! also i have this extra wire that the instructions say to use for the "STOPPER" running light option, one end is a single red wire, and the other end is a red and white wire,,, also took a picture of it.
somebody please try to help.
