need to change out my ingnition switch on my 1999 blackbird., the cover over the steering yolk nut, looks like it is supposed to be removed with a large allen wrench, is that correct? mine has been reemed out and is rounded,
am i right that the cover does unscrew.

I have a 98f3 and the cover pops off.

 

ok i tried to pry it off, the thing just doesnt want to come off.
