Default Starting issue

So I bought this 95 cbr900rr and it ran for a day and a half. On that second day I was riding it up and down the road and I got to a stop sign and came to a complete stop. Then when I went to go through the intersection the bike just quit and would not start back up and I haven't been able to get it started since. Therr were no loud clunks or noises at all it just shut off. I have changed the starter, starter relay and battery. It sounds like it's binding up. Then I pulled the plugs today and it freed up majorly. What could be causing this issue?

When you turned the motor with the plugs out, did it blow fuel out the plug holes?

So hold on

You said bind up, but removing the plugs let it spin. Did it actually lock-up? Or were you just surprised by how much faster the starter was able to spin the engine with no plugs? It should spin a lot faster without the plugs, because there's no compression.

Anyways, was this bike ridden daily before you bought it?
