Standard core VS. racing core on exhaust pipe

whats the difference between the standard core and the racing core? i have a 99 honda cbr 600f4. i'm looking at getting a slip on jardine pipe but dont know which one i need. thanks

DB level...That's it. The race core is louder than the standard core.
