Set sag solo?

Anyone have a good How To on setting sag SOLO? I've seen plenty on how to setup sag but all require at least 1 helper. Most needing 2. But I need to do this by myself. Or worst case scenario: one helper.

Use zip-ties on the shock/forks to allow you to measure compression,
after you get off the bike.
Snug them up to the seals, climb aboard, get off and measure travel.
